Is this peat moss??? If not is it possible to understand what kind moss this is?

Peat moss is partially decomposed sphagnum moss. What you have is dried sphagnum moss, which has different properties than peat moss. Dried sphagnum moss is fine to use with Nepenthes. Use 1 part dried sphagnum moss with 3 parts small orchid bark.
