Carnivorous Plants/Flava

Question
Hey guys, Jason from AZ here. I'm wondering what to do with my Flava. I have it in my green house and on the north east corner of my home. It gets mostly bright shade now with about two hours of full sun on the green house. There are no winter leaves yet and the plant has slowed way down. A couple new pictures are scragly,if I spelled that right! There are some new shoots but they are not really growing. Should move it out to the south side or just let it be till next season?
Thanks, Jason

Answer
When you say "move it out," I'm assuming that you meant moving the plant outside of the greenhouse and not just out of its current location to the south end of the greenhouse.  Of course, moving the plant outdoors would always be my normal response.  This plant can tolerate very cold temperatures, and it will do fine outdoors with minimal protection in your region.  In due time, with more exposure to cold temperatures, it will produce its winter leaves.

Good growing!

We no longer answer how-to questions (i.e. How do I propagate...?; How do I grow...?).

Instead, we help growers by diagnosing a specific plant problem and offering solutions (i.e. Why is my sundew not producing dew?; Is now a good time to divide my Sarracenia?; Why are the traps turning black?; What's a good substitute for perlite?; Why didn't my seeds germinate?; Can you identify this carnivorous plant for me?)
