Question
I grow carnivorous plants in Thailand. Here temp ~ 30-35 C in summer and winter most not lower than 16-18 c.So my VFT typical and Sarracenia purpurea, leukophylla they are not going into dormancy in winter. Is it OK for them? I think winter dormancy is the time for them to rest and save energy for the next growing season.Someone in Thailand suggest to take them dry and keep them into refrigenerator.Do I have to do that? Thank you for reading my question.

Answer
Yes, winter dormancy is essential for flytraps and other North American carnivorous plants.  The process of caring for them in tropical climates is a bit too extensive to cover in this format, so I'm going to recommend that you visit the following websites:

Read through them, and if you need further assistance with your plants, please write back.

Good growing!

We no longer answer how-to questions (i.e. How do I propagate...?; How do I grow...?).

Instead, we help growers by diagnosing a specific plant problem and offering solutions (i.e. Why is my sundew not producing dew?; Is now a good time to divide my Sarracenia?; Why are the traps turning black?; What's a good substitute for perlite?; Why didn't my seeds germinate?; Can you identify this carnivorous plant for me?)
