Answer
Hi Sefan,

You may have a couple of things happening here.  It's quite possible you have some pests such as thrips or aphids attacking new growth.  You can treat with an insecticide for that.

It's also not unusual for S. rubra forms, and yours looks like S. rubra alabamensis, to produce odd leaves early in the season, to be followed by more normal looking ones when the summer weather warms.  Ours at our nursery in Oregon look very similar right now.  We start getting more normal growth in July when we get sustained warm weather.  Most S. rubra forms produce their best looking leaves later in the summer.

Good Growing!

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR QUESTION:
We no longer answer how-to questions (i.e. How do I propagate...?; How do I grow...?).

Instead, we help growers by diagnosing a specific plant problem and offering solutions (i.e. Why is my sundew not producing dew?; Is now a good time to divide my Sarracenia?; Why are the traps turning black?; What's a good substitute for perlite?; Why didn't my seeds germinate?; Can you identify this carnivorous plant for me?)
