The picture would help!

Answer
Hey Guys, Jason from AZ here. I wrote to you about a month ago about deformed leaves on my Sanguinea. I have also transplanted it about a month ago. The leaves are still deformed and rubber like. I have moved it to a south window that gets three hours of full sun. Take a look at the picture and see what you think. Should I cut off the stem below the deformed area and let it grow new or just let it be? I also have given some fertilizer(per your video) to help since there are no pictures.

Hi Jason,

Overall, it just looks like some kind of damage may have occurred to a growing tip on the plant.  As I look at it my instincts say just leave it alone for now, especially because of the time of year it is.  Keep it in the sunny window, keep up the bi-weekly fertilizer.  As the days get longer towards spring the growth should pick up, and you'll get past this odd growth.

Good Growing!

We no longer answer how-to questions (i.e. How do I propagate...?; How do I grow...?).

Instead, we help growers by diagnosing a specific plant problem and offering solutions (i.e. Why is my sundew not producing dew?; Is now a good time to divide my Sarracenia?; Why are the traps turning black?; What's a good substitute for perlite?; Why didn't my seeds germinate?; Can you identify this carnivorous plant for me?)
