|Comment||In many cases, the rhizome is completely buried, growing point(s) and all. Some of the others have only the tips of the growing points exposed. I have noticed that none of those have any growth showing above ground now, while most that have a bit of the rhizome exposed are starting to break dormancy. Bill|
