Question
My 6 year old cat is very picky. She weighs about 9-10 pounds and currently eat Fromm Grain-Free Surf & Turf cat food. This is the only food she will eat. It is starting to get her fat, since she is a small cat and the vet said she should weigh about 7-8 pounds. She also has severe asthma and a heart murmur. Is there any food recipe you can give me that won't make her gain weight?

Bone meal: Mix 1/4 teaspoon into raw meat every "few" days  / NOT much of this....

You will need to work with this.  
Give you cat 1/2 cup 2-3 x per day... ( Give a little more or a little less)  
**You will have to watch for signs of hunger and adjust the amounts.
