Answer
Seven month old kittens, are, in my opinion, similar to human 'tweens, the weirdest phase of children. The girls are going through puberty, hormones are exerting their influence (if she's peeing ON TOP of furniture, that's how females in heat mark that they're in heat).

As for the pooping, the most basic things I can think of is that she may be turning into one of those eccentric personalities where she needs her own litterbox, or she's decided that what you use for litter, or where the litterbox is located is suddenly so not to her liking.  I started out, many, many years ago with one cat using an uncovered box with clumping litter; now it's three boxes (miraculously small number considering I have 4 Maine Coons), two covered, one not (that they save for the poop), and with pine litter (smells a whole lot better). Hey, as long as they use the litterbox, I'll deal with the idiocyncrasies.

Try seeing if the addition of another litterbox, even positioned next to the original one, will suffice. Don't give up on her yet.
