Catering/Catering 30 yr high school reunion party for 200 ppl

Question
I have just started my own catering & personal chef company and am currently building up the details regarding pricing, menus, etc.  A friend has asked me to help w/a 30 yr. high school reunion party for 200 people.  It will be an outdoor, casual event.  They don't want to do any grilling, or hire anyone to tend to a grill.  Other then the typical bbq and sides, what are some other food options I can help them come up with?  Also, is it realistic to have a good menu of choices and keep it at a $10 per person price, as they are on a limited budget.  I will do all of the setup/clean up, not necessarily serving the food, to minimize the cost involved in me bringing additional help (I have several friends that are willing to volunteer their time to help me as I build up my company).  I have 12 years experience in the cooking and catering industry, as my mom was a personal chef & caterer.  I've done it for free my whole life for friends and family, but now have decided to make it a living, as I have vast knowledge and skills in the culinary environment.  I just need a bit of direction and additional help with this particular party/venue.  Any suggestions are much appreciated!
