I was asked to cater a picnic at the park, however they would like to have party wings & fries. How much would I charge them for party wings and fries for approximately 200 people ?

Many variables here in your question. Are you just dropping off some disposable alumn. pans of wings and fries and heading out??? Or, are you catering the full event. (Providing tables, cloths, paper products, serving pieces, beverages and ice, service etc.) These are two whole different ball games.

Catering at a kitchenless venue can equal nightmare - or at least a bad dream if you do not charge enough for what all you will need to pull it off...and, people to help, etc. It sounds so simple - but, can be trouble if you are not prepared for no running water, etc. The cost of the chicken and potatoes will be least of your expenses.

First of all...tell me more about what part you will play in this for advice.
