Question
Hi,
I asked a friend of mine to make me Mac & Cheese for 75 people. He said I would need 6 pounds. What would a person charge for making 6 lbs. of Mac & Cheese. Please provide me a price, I want to see if he is charging me too much. Thank You
Good Morning,
I am unable to answer your question; I do not do pricing. However, if you are concerned about the price that you recd - I would check with other restaurants/caterers in your area to compare costs.
Also, keep in mind...there are many other costs involved with producing a dish than just the raw cost of the products.
