Question
I have had two failed marriages, my first, we had 4 children, he left me for another woman, we were divorced, we had a civil wedding, my second was violent, our marriage again was civil. I presently non catholic but soon to be baptisd, would i be able to re marry through catholic church?

The answer is yes, but after successfully going through the annulment process.
Please speak to your Pastor about this. I know that many people are reluctant...thinking it expensive or otherwise a hassle, but oftentimes the reservations are unfounded.
Your Pastor will be able to tell you exactly how it works.
