Hey i am in year 10 and i'm doing a religion assignment could you tell me all the sacraments in a list form please cause its hard to find on the net. You know to much information. he he so could you help me please.

We're not supposed to do your homework for you, but if you just Google "seven sacraments" you'd find your answer:
Sacraments of Initiation:
Baptism
Confirmation
Eucharist
Sacraments of Healing:
Confession/Penance/Reconciliation
Last Rites/Extreme Unction/Anointing of the sick
Sacraments of Vocation:
Marriage
Holy Orders
All of the sacraments are physical signs of an invisible reality; all of them impart real grace (sanctifying grace) to the believer, and all are responses to grace (actual grace).
