Question
I live in a country where no traditonal mass or priest is available. Is there anything I can do about confession and eucharistic adoration?

Answer
Yes.  Try even harder to stay in a state of grace.  If you commit a mortal sin, try to elicit perfect contrition.  Try to get to confession with a traditional priest at least once a year.  The Saints who did not have physical access to Holy Communion practiced the devotion of Spiritual Communion,  For further information, see http://www.traditio.com/tradlib/absent.txt, "Method of Hearing Mass Spiritually for the Absent (Adapted from The Key of Heaven)."
