Question
I was doing some reading recently on traditional catholicism and I'm not sure if I have it right, but the message I got is that all the apostolates e.g. Legion of Mary are not in keeping with the traditional church. I recently joined Magnificat which began in New Orleans and I want to know your thoughts on this.

Answer
You are correct about the fact that once-traditional organizations that have gone over to the New Order are not in keeping with the traditional Catholic Faith.  For example, Catholic Charities in Virginia has recently been caught signing abortion warrants for underage girls without the knowledge or consent of their parents.

Magnifict's web page describes it as part of Charismaticism, a Protestant error that has consistently been condemned by the Church.  For further information, see the article "Charismatic Movement" at www.traditio.com/tradlib/faq10.txt.  For the location of traditional Catholic sites, see www.traditio.com/nat.htm, for the Official Traditional Catholic Directory.
