Question Dear J.M.J West,
I am a new author and writting my first book. I was thinking about sending my work to Tan books. By all means I dont know how much it would sell. It is called A thousand Roses. It is about my life with God and how I was called to religious life. Also it is about the catholic faith and what we do. And why we honor saints. I also am writting about how I seen St. Gabriel and Michael even Our Lady and Our Lord Jesus.
I was healed from five planters warts! PLANTERS WARTS THE SIZE OF A NICKLE AND DIME. The lord came in and I prayed to him and I saw him and he said by your faith you are healed. I was stunned. THEY were gone. On that same night. I never got them again it has been four years since that apparition.
I even said my sins to him and I fell at his feet. I cried and said forgive me my lord for I have sinned against you. I will not sin no more. He said go in peace and sin no more. It was amazing. I want to share my story with my faith the catholic church. How can I get recognized? How can I get noticed by my book.
Jesus said to me personally and his physical voice: "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink."
He told me also I gave priests this authority: Peace be with you... As the Father has sent me, so I send you... Receive the Holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained."
Answer If in fact these events did occur, write it down and trust the spirit to make happen what needs to happen. Talk to your local priest or bishop, send a copy of your book to TAN or Ignatius or another publisher and let the spirit take care of the rest.
It is interesting that you've had such visitations, and that the content of them was directly from scripture (and from John's Gospel no less).
If you want to share your story, do so. You could even publish it online for free and send it to organizations like www.catholic.com, catholic.org, catholicexchange.com, and various bigger Catholic names on the internet to see what they think. Don't worry about money, it will come if He so wills it.
