Catholics/helping others

Question
Hello George,

It's me again. First, I'd like to say thank you for answering all of my questions. I've had quite a few of them and you certainly are patient :). Well, I'm considering joining an all catholic organization, something like Knights of Columbus (but, I can't join that becuase I'm only 15).  I'd like to help others and also meet some other dedicated catholics. Plus I need to get out of the house. Hehe. What kind of organizations are out there for my age group? And what do you do once you're in one of them?

Thanks!

Answer
Peace

    Augh- its you,

Just laughing along with you, hehehe. You can't join the big boys of Knights of Columbus but you can possibly join a Squires Circle. Some K of C's councils have them. They are knights in training, so to speak.

Below is some links to Catholic groups for youth and Catholics in general.

these two below are some of the ones I am active with. The ones above, I have some experience with, mainly friends in them or help with a project or two locally. The founder of the 3rd one, I have a blog named after. He is one of my heroes of faith in action.

If you tell me the name of your diocese, I can help you perhaps find something in your diocese.

I am generally out of reach of a computer Friday-Sunday, do to work. So if you need to write me again, you might want to recall that.
