Question
QUESTION: How Do U Know God Is The Almighty Ruler? Not Against Christian I'm Just An Occultist Wanting To Learn More On Your Side...

ANSWER: It's kind of by definition.  The real question is how one can be sure that Jesus Christ was the Son of that Almighty Power.  But for you the question seems more to be who is really the stronger, the good guy or the bad guy.  As if choosing to go with one is no different than choosing between angel food cake or devils food cake!  But there really is a far more fundamental difference:
The "good guy" builds; the "bad guy" can only destroy.  Everything, from a life well-lived, to a family, to a thriving business, to a prosperous nation, exists because the "good guy" and those in league with Him built them.  The "bad guy" can only damage that, with squandered lives, broken families, business that dry up, or worse, thrive for being something thoroughly nasty, such as abortuaries, child sex-slave markets, or interrogation/torture chambers, and nations that become soft and decadent, fit to be conquered.  The "good guy" provides banks; the "bad guy" provides bankrobbers.  The "good guy" provides cities with shops and houses and industry; the "bad guy" provides cities with gangsters and drug dealers and prostitutes, need I go on?
The existence of the "bad guy" is purely parasitic on the "good guy," and given that you should be able to see which is stronger, the person or the tapeworm that lives in the person's digestive tract?  The person can live perfectly well (actually quite better) without the tapeworm, but the tapeworm cannot live without the person (or some other more advanced organism with a digestive tract and the ability to feet it).  Does this show God to be stronger than His opponent?  It does to me.
It is also about choosing to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem.  It is also about knowing what you are made of and where you stand, what it is to really care about others, and so many other things that make life worthwhile.  The more one knows about this the more the bad stuff is seen for the empty and pointless nonsense that it is.  Does this show God to be better than His opponent?  It does to me.
I hope this answer satisfies.

QUESTION: Ah Intresting Way To Put It....BUT How Do U Know God Is The Good One?

Answer
The real question is determining whether someone a person looks up to really cares about them or not.  Are we being raised as sons to inherit a heavenly Kingdom or as cattle to become food for some other creature's indulgence?  From the standpoint of the cattle it may not seem easy to tell at first, for of course cattle are taken care of, fed, housed, given veterinary care etc., but all of this is only to make steaks and hamburgers of them.  So, could the same thing be happening to us?
A cattle-rancher will only care that his cattle are fat and healthy, not what they are like; they clearly are not being groomed to take over the ranch.  Likewise, if we were only being raised for some nefarious (from our standpoint) purpose, what would it matter what sort of persons we are?  But a son being groomed to take over the Kingdom is treated quite differently.  To one who truly cares, character development is key.  The good God wants us to be trustworthy, industrious, amiable, caring of those under us, seeking spiritual perfection, which is a beautiful thing and something anyone should want, once they can see what it is.
An evil "god" (e. g. the Devil) cares nothing of all this.  He would want us to be slaves to things we know are wrong, or even disgusting, so that is why the "dark side" permits every perversion and decadence, so that these parasites to our growth can stunt us and make us profitable to those who don't care what becomes of us.  What character development or cause for self-respect does one find in spells and hexes?  But in the development of virtue is every good thing, and what prepares us for greater things.
