Question
I am 22 year old girl, desiring to become a catholic but I am refused baptism.because it is forbidden here in my country.I have a private vow of chastity, and I think God calls me to be a Saint.but there is nobody here to guide me.as I have no access to a traditional priest.and don't trust NO ones.I registered in some trad forums, but they could not help me.the owners themselves had scandalous lives the only traditional thing about them was TLM and few dogmas.I Do you think it is lawful if I ask our Lord for visions and locution(I know what Saint John of the cross said about this but I have no other choices)
I am afraid of material heresy too.

Answer
No, we concur with the advice of St. John of the Cross and St. Paul on that subject.  Stay away from it.  Perhaps you can get solidly traditional books where you are by ordering them through Amazon.com or whatever.  A good basic list can be found at www.traditio.com/tradlib/faq05.txt.
