Question
Hello, I'm a fellow volunteer. Their is a situation in our category regarding a man named Neil. His emails are nasty, his mouth is foul,and is blasphemous towards Catholics. If you write him back, he doesn't let up. I've seen he's been doing it to others volunteers as well.

I've already put in a formal complaint to the administrator today. So, I'm suggesting, if you receive e-mail from to reject or put in a formal complaint as well. Hopefully then, He will leave us alone.

  Thanks for the heads-up. I have answered some questions from two different Neils. One was pleasant, the other was nasty as you say. The nasty one seems misinformed as to what Catholic doctrine is related to papal infalliblity and the magisterium in general and what the Church teaches concerning the end of the world related to the anti-Christ. He also seems lonely based on some of his rants, or he was hurt by someone with authority within the Church.
  Lets be united in our prayers for him and others like him we encounter. And if nessecery lodge a formal complaint.
