seventh day Adventists worship the sabbath on saturday. its proven when the jews hated Jesus for working on the sabbath. the jews still tracks that sabbath day to this day. they don't believe that Jesus is the Son of God. the sabbath is the only day, is the seventh-day and that will be saturday. the sabbath day is only satuday. not saturday and sunday. God kept the sabbath holy. man change the sabbath and time. to count the days is from one sunset to one sunset, not 12am to one 12am the next day. it only says in the bible evening and morning, God separated the darkness  and light. so the sabbath starts on friday sunset till saturday sunset, that counts a full day. its 6 day of labor and one day for GOD to keep it holy. you can go to church whatever day of the week but it never change the sabbath to keep it holy. its the only day that God say to keep holy is the sabbath day. from moses to the ressurection of the Christ it never change. the sabbath is the seventh day and that will be saturday. God write that with his hand the 10 commandments. is for every man. some church follow nine commandments and not the one that we suppose to keep the sabbath holy. God give us the free will but he didn't give the free will to change his commandments. i hope i can help. GOD BLESS...kiki
