God is looking for agreement between two or more, not division.... IF a wife thinks she has heard from the Lord about a matter, then she should tell her husband. If the husband hasn't had any confirmation then the matter is mute. IF, it is of the Lord, then the Husband will be enabled to confirm.....  THere is to be no division, only agreement.. " The man is the head of the wife, as Christ is the head of the man! " In this case, the wife is in error, and it should be obvious.
