Catholics/Help Finding a Verse

Question
Hi, about a year ago, I lost my faith in God and came close to committing suicide. I was saved and have my faith restored in God. I'm looking for a verse that says something about that. I was able to find a few, but none are exactly what I'm looking for. But this is a few of them to give you an idea of what it is I'm looking for. Psalm 62:2, Job 29:3, Psalm 118:17-18, and the one I'm liking the most so far is Psalm 61:2. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Answer
All of these passages sound much like portions of Psalm 23, most certainly a good one for such difficult times as that.  I give here first the Catholic/Douay translation (actually Psalm 22 in that Bible):

1.  The Lord ruleth  me: and I shall want nothing.
2.  He hath set me in a place of pasture.  He hath brought me up, on the water of refreshment:
3.  He hath converted my soul.  He hath led me on the paths of justice for His own name's sake.
4.  For though I should walk in the midst of the shadow of death, I will fear no evils, for Thou are with me.
5.  Thou hast prepared a table before me against them that afflicted me.  Thou hast anointed my head with oil; and my chalice which inebriateth me, how goodly is it!
6.  And Thy mercy will follow me all the days of my life.  And that I may dwell in the house of the Lord unto length of days.

Of course, the Protestant King James translation may be more familiar to you:

1.  The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2.  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.
3.  He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
4.  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.
5.  Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6.  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Obviously, you have already been through your valley of the shadow of death, and yet here you are, because the Lord has protected you.
I hope this helps, and sorry for the delay.
