Question
Dear JMJ West:

Do you know what is the significance of the dragon in Rev. 12:3 being the color red?

Thanks,
Tom

Answer
There is no definitive answer that I am aware of, but red can mean royalty, bloodshed, power, wraith or other such things.  Given the dragon being "that ancient serpent who deceived the whole world", any of these could apply.
