Question
Just wondering if it is usual to have a dream of the virgin mary that feels very strangely real. What is the significant's of her saying your "heart has been healed".

Answer
Dream are, as St. Thomas Aquinas calls them, "phantasms."  They have no moral significance.  What you should be focusing on is the True Mass that the Lord has given us, and the other True Sacraments, together with the traditional doctrinal and moral teaching of the Church, eschewing the taint of Modernism that crept in in the last half of the 20th century.
