QUESTION: Can you elaborate and clarify doing the will of God and observe his commandments? How by doing the will of God allow one to developed to Eternal Happiness?

Answer
Christianity teaches that perfect and everlasting happiness after death [heaven]comes from doing the will of God.
To begin to understand the will of God, go to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, avaliable on-line at: www.usccb.org/catechism/text/index.htm
Begin with paragraphs 1716-1724.  The index provides further topics to pursue the thoughts in the above paragraphs.
For God's commandments, again check The Catechism: Begin with page 496 and paragraphs 2052 and following.  The next section on prayer, beginning on page 613, is also important.
For me to write out all that the Catechism says on these topics would be very time-consuming for what I would say is already available in the Catechism.  So, I hope you understand why I am referring you to the on-line Catechism for an explanation of many things that come under the heading of doing the will of God and obeying His commandments.
So, please read the above references.  I am still available for further explanations.
Again, best wishes and my prayers, Henry.
