Question
What does the Catholic Church have to say regarding "Modesty"?  Does the Blessed Mother in any of her "Church approved" apparitions have anything to say about the subject?

Answer
Modesty is one of the Twelve Fruits of the Holy Ghost.  Modesty is a part of the Cardinal Moral Virtue of Temperance and regards not only outward but also inward action.  That is the traditional teaching, as explicated in the Summa Theologica of St. Thomas Aquinas.  For further information, check your traditional catechism under the Twelve Fruits of the Holy Ghost and the Four Cardinal Moral Virtues.
