Question
My friend & I are in disagreement. He states the Bible describes the guardian angels, for ex: St Michael as a burly, tall angel. I told him I had never seen a description of the angels be it Michael, Gabriel or Raphael. And is Uriel mentioned in the Bible, I don't recall
Thank you
Barb

Answer
Dear Barbara:

Angel don't actually have bodies because they are pure spirits. They can take on various forms. For more info please see http://www.gotquestions.org/angels-look.html

An angel named Uriel does not appear in the Bible.

God Bless You,
