Question
I was baptized roman catholic, then married in the church of Scotland, I was then divorced and re married by a registrar, can I take communion?

Answer
Dear kevin:

It sounds to me like you haven't been attending mass for quite some time. I believe that you should not receive communion at this time. From what you've written it seems as if you were once Catholic then you joined another church, married and then divorced. If that is so you shouldn't receive communion.
