Catholics/Conversion to Catholicism

Question
Dear Father Michael:

I'm a 21 yr. old guy from the Philippines. I was born a catholic, baptized in a catholic rite, I had my confirmation, communion and confessions as well as participating on rituals during ash Wednesday. unfortunately during my college years, after I graduated for my high school from  protestant university, I converted to the baptist faith... because it's a baptist they baptize me with immersion (it was also trinitarian).
But recently, by the Grace of our Lord and the prayers of the Saints in Heaven, I gradually returned to our holy catholic church, and now I'm back  and attending the masses on Sundays regularly, saying the rosary again, I recently bought a statue of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and have it blessed.
My question is, as I return to the Catholic church do I have to be baptize again??? (my parents as catholic brought me to church when I was still a baby and have me baptized)
will the baptism performed by the baptist denomination affect my standing in the church??

thank you very much father

God bless you

Answer
You have apparently received a Christian Baptism.  What you now need to perform is an Abjuration of Heresy in the external forum and receive an Absolution from Heresy.  Your traditional priest/confessor can guide you in this.  If you do not have one already, consult the Official Traditional Catholic Directory at www.traditio.com/nat.htm for one located conveniently to you.
