I would like to know approximately how many left the Catholic Church after Vatican 2.

Thanks for your question.  Honestly, I don't the answer.  If your intent of your question is that factors of Vatican II drove people away from the Faith, let me know.  You have to bear in mind that the '60's and '70's societal trends & influences may have more to bear for the reason of people leaving Catholicism.
