Question
Father... peace... i am a seminarian, and i have committed a sin of impurity with myself... while doing that, i feel very sorry, but i found myself doing it... after that i have a deep contrition... i don't know if i have to confess it or not... but they said that its a mortal sin... and what is alarming father is that, i feel very guilty because i have received holy communion(i have not confessed yet)... what will i do father... i felt i have committed a very grievous thing,,, i have committed sacrilege... please help me father

Some questions are of a highly personal or individual nature that are beyond the scope of this forum.  As a traditional seminarian, you have a confessor, and he is the person to whom you should be addressing your question, not to the internet.  You need to develop a relationship with your traditional confessor so that he can personally come to know your spiritual state and prudently guide you.
