Question
A very dear priest, Monsignor Donald Endebrock, passed away last evening. I looked up Monsignor Endebrock on the Internet and found that he had the initials "S.T." after his name. I have not been able to find out what S.T. means. Do you know? Also, I have had similar questions in the past. Is there some place on the internet where I can find a listing of these societies/orders?

         First be assured of my prayers for you, at this time of grieving.

I looked in my various Catholic and theological dictionaries. I found: S.T.= Missionary Servants of Most Holy Trinity.

I know of the order, I served a summer at a Youth Camp of their. I believe the order was founded in Alabama, in the 1920's to serve the poor of the south and promote lay missionary work, and to combat bigotry against the Church, by Venerable Thomas Judge Augustine.

They have house of formation in Silver Springs, Maryland if I recall correctly.
