Question
Can you explain to me what this link says about restitution and when it is obligatory to pay back what you stole. Like me, for instance I agreed for others to lie in their taxes and I got money from it, but since no one got hurt or anything am i bound to make restitution? I think that is what paragraph 3 says in this link. I am not too sure.

Answer
Peace

Sorry for the delay, PC has been having problems.

In the case, you cite society was hurt if it was just tax that was be avoided. So perhaps your restitution to a give to non-profit group that helps society in same or similar way the tax would have.

       I hope this helps.
