Question
What are you supposed to do on lent? I have start late. What are diet rules and spiritual ones?

Answer
Lent is a time of preparation for the Easter celebration of the resurrection of Jesus from the dead.
Generally speaking, Lent is a time for self-denial, prayer, and helping others.
Self-denial includes fasting and abstinence.  The rules for the exact days and ways of fasting and abstinence depend upon the local rules promulgated by the local Catholic bishop.  Please contact Catholic parish where you live for the rules that apply to you.
Best wishes, Amilkar, for a holy Lent and a joyous Easter.
