Catholics/organist job at anglican church

Questionmy mother is currently an organist at a Novus Ordo parish where she is grossly underpaid. I learned recently that the local anglican Church in my town (broad church) has an opening for an organist. As a traditional catholic, is it okay to inform my mother of this job opportunity? My mother is a Baptist.
AnswerAs there is not the slightest difference between the Novus Ordo and the Anglicans, a transition from playing for one to the other would itself be morally neutral under all circumstances; whatever sinfulness the one entails, the other exactly matches, such that there would be no increase or decrease, and regardless of which direction the transfer is made. Both congregations (as such) are equally in a condition of declared and formal schism from the Church.
On top of that, given that she is a Baptist, it is clear that she has yet bigger spiritual issues to work through and in either case would equally be unable to gain or lose from the spiritual goings-on at either Novus Ordo or Anglican services, as her spiritual compass is not rooted in where she plays the organ.
Given all that, I see no objection in mentioning the job position and its salary etc. to her, but then leave it utterly to her to make her own decision as to what she wants to do with that information.
