Question
What is Religious Spirituality based on the teachings of Vatican II documents?

Answer
Sister, all that I know is what the Council wrote in its Decree on the Renewal of Religious Life [Perfectae Caritatis], especally paragraphs 5 and following. The decrees are available on line from the Vatican.

Sorry, I do not have any further references.
With a prayer and best wishes!
