According to bible , Earth is only 6000 - 8000 years old  but evolutionist said earth is more then  4 billion years old.


also they claimed that they found fossils of Ape which is human ancestor ?


why catholic give special  value to mary and saints ?

 First,you dont have to believe the Earth is only 6-8 thousand years old. The age of the Earth is matter of physcial sciences not divine revelation. There are different theories of Evolution. The two main groups are Macro and Micro. All forms of Macro conflict with divine revelation. Some forms of Micro do not.

Mary and the other saints, are witnesses to the power of God's grace. The examples encourage us to embrace the Gospel of Life.

but if earth is by physcial sciences not divine revelation then why mention in bible is that only 6-8 thousand years old and created in 6 days. and about macro and micro evolution then what about Adam and Eve ?
Human are from Adam or Eve or from Apes ?

I meant the age of the Earth is not a matter of divine relation per sa.
 In the Ancient Hebrew tongue, there are three words that are commonly translated to American English as day. I can't spell them but I know their meanings. I cant find my Hebrew-American English lexicon. (sorry)

first word:
  means a sacred time. For example the 40 days, not counting Sundays before Easter, Catholics observe the season called Lent or the Great Fast. Lent or the Great Fast is that type of day. Note it is not nessercily a 24 hour period of time.

second word:
  means an epoch or era. For example the reign of John Paul II is one of the longest papal eras, in the history of the Church. Note it doesnt mean 24 hours.


Third word:
 its the standard 24 hours or the first part of the standard 24 hours.

 Genesis 1 uses the second word.
