Catholics/Birth Control In The Catholic Church

Question
I have a friend that claims to be Catholic but says his church teaches him to use birth control. I was always taught that birth control use is strictly prohibited in the Catholic church. What is said about this?

Answer
There are many conterfeits hanging about in the Church of the New Order, that is, the Church that was created after Vatican Council II, which embraces a number of Modernist heresies, like this one.   Frequently, they call themselves "Catholics," to use for their own purposes the power of the name, but they are not.  These counterfeits often establish themselves in parish churches, so you can't rely merely on the sign on the door, but have to vet what is done inside liturgically, doctrinally, and morally.
