Question
I'm hoping I asked the right guy, but can you help me understand the difference between Greek Orthodox and Catholics?

Answer
There is really only one significant difference:  They do not believe in the hierarchy of the Church that we do (with the Bishop of Rome being the head).  Besides that, other differences are trivial compared to what they share in common.

I forsee unity of the two in this generation.

I can help clarify fact vs. fiction regarding the teachings of the Catholic Faith. I believe that Catholicism is the best representation of the Historic Christian Faith and that this can be shown with Scripture, reason and history.
