Catholics/Cof E Catholic Communion

Question
I would like to know why a confirmed member of the Church of England can not partake in holy communion in the catholic church or vice versa. I was once told that it is because that the C of E church, bread and wine only symbolises the body and blood and christ but this is untrue. In the service it clearly states that it is indeed the body and blood of christ and not a representation.

Answer
Anglicans are Protestants and are heretics from the true Faith.  It was determined long ago that their orders are invalid, as is their worship service.  Only baptized Catholics in a state of grace may receive the Sacratissimum at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
