Question
If a person has an amputation, what is the Catholic Churches teaching on how it should be disposed?

I do not know the answer to your question and have not been able to track down a resource.
My best suggestion is to go to the site of the U.S. Catholic bishops and click on "medical ethics".  The site is: www.nccbuscc.org.
