You are probably thinking of Psalms 21:19 (Deus, Deus meus) in the Vulgate:  "Diviserunt vestimenta mea sibi et super vestimentum meum miserunt sortem," They parted my garments amongst them:  and upon my vesture they cast lots.  This was the prophecy concerning the action that was taken by the Roman soliders at the foot of the Cross.
