Question
What day is considered the LAST day of Lent?  Is it Palm Sunday or Easter Sunday? or Holy Saturday?  Is Good Friday a day of abstinence?

Answer
The last day of Lent is Holy Saturday.  The First Mass of Easter in the traditional rite occurs around noon of that day, after the Holy Saturday services.  At noon the Lenten fast is  ended.  Good Friday is most certainly a day of abstinence from all fleshmeat.
