Can you provide me with a list of the heretics who are read on Maundy Thursday or direct me to a free online resource?  Also, do you have a list of the heretics like Martin Luther who have been removed in the last 50 - 100 years?

 I dont recall a list of heretics ever being read on Maundy Thursday. Martin Luther is still a heretic, the last time I "checked" and what do you mean by removed?
