Catholics/Prayers to Our Blessed Virgin

Question
I pray the Rosary twice a day and go to Mass every Sunday.  I say a lot of other prayers as well, but I dont feel that my praying is doing any good. I still sin, repent, pray again and sin again.  Should I feed some sort of something to let me know that I am not going backwards?

Answer
Religion is not a "feeling"; it is a commitment.  Our Lord said, "If you love me, keep my Commandments."  You mention prayer, but not traditional Sacramental confession.  You should be approaching the Sacrament at least once a month in your case so that you can get the guidance of a traditional priest-confessor.  If you do not have one, see the list at www.traditio.com/nat.htm.
