Expert: Sal - 10/29/2006
QuestionHi Sal,
I have a question for you take your time though. The rosary is it really a true amor from heaven to destroy Hell, and morning Mass is it essential to go to morning mass Is it true that when we sing and praise the lord the holy angels and God here us. Is it also true that when the priest blesses the Eucharist and pray those prayer that he reads from the book becomes true body and blood of our lord. The Holy life how do you live the holy life God wants for you do you have to do Good all the time? An what about the religious life do the monks and sisters brothers friars really live a holy life of a saint. Some people say its fun to be a sister and to praise God others called it a cult why do these people call our Catholic religion a cult and us the main reason for the antichrist to cometh I get so mad when people say ingorent this about our Catholic faith and people. An during Christmas many catholics say that in the church when we praise God, a lot of people witness that heaven's door is opened an that catholics are close to God in the church. Like for example the heaven's presence is so rich that you feel connected to the angels is what I mean. Is that true during christmas time?
God bless
AnswerHello Jacqueline:
The rosary is a very powerful weapon against the devil. It cannot destroy hell unless God will's it. Going to morning Mass is not essential as many people just cannot go because of school or work. However, if one can go it will give them spiritual blessings. In order to live the holy life you must try to follow whatever you believe is God's will for your life. You will fail sometimes, but you must keep trying to do His will. I cannot say whether all religious people (monks, sisters, and friars) live holy lives. They should try to live holy lives, but I do not know if they do.
Anti-Catholics say false things about the Church because they have separated themselves from the source of all truth-the Catholic Church. Most anti-Catholics are very misinformed about what the Catholic Church actually teaches.
I do not know if "heaven's door" is open more so at Christmas than at any other time of year. I believe that one can truly feel more connected to the angel at that holy time.
God Bless,
Sal
