Is there anywhere in the Bible that says St. Peter will be at the Gate to Heaven

  The quick answer is: St. Peter is not called a Gate to Heaven.
  Abit longer answer, we read in St. Matthew's Gospel:

18 "I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. 19 "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven."

In the above verse our Lord is speaking directly to St. Peter and stating he will be placed in a position of authority in relation to the rest of the Church. The term: "gates of Hades" refers to powers and authorities that promote errors and sins. In this sense St. Peter is the gate of heaven, that is, the chief authority established to protect His City, His Church.
