Catholics/Unusual saint

Question
Hello George. A while back I was reading about saints when I came across an unusual saint in that it was a dog. Apparently this dog had been canonized after it died defending its master from a cobra, and I have been unable to find out the dog's name. I have searched for many days and so far have been unsuccessful and I was wondering if you knew of this dog or not? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Peace

dear Matt
A dog doesn't have a rational soul, it is animal. Only rational souls, can become Catholics. Only Catholics can be canonized, in the Catholic Church. Therefore the dog you speak of, is a myth or perhaps "protestant" or something else.
