I am Catholic and my husband is Pentecostal. Of course each denomination believes they have the correct beliefs but what happens if the denomination you choose is wrong? Do you go to hell or does belief in Jesus take precedence over the differences in the denominations?

First, What kind of Pentecostal? Some Pentecostals don't believe in the Trinity, therefore are not Christians in the strict sense of the word.

Second, Catholics do not see themselves as a denomination. We see ourselves as the Church. The concept of denominations is purely a Protestant view of what the community Christ founded.

Thirdly, Christ established the Church. If we know that We are bounded to enter it. If I stress If we don't know It through no fault of own, we still can be saved.

Most Protestants are Christians, if they (or anyone else) comes to realize that the Catholic Church is Christ's visible body they must enter it, to be saved.
